Indian Independence day 15 August 1947

Indian Independence day 15 August 1947

In the Indian calendar the day repeats. The day when India became a free nation. Free from the clutches of English empire. This day reminds us of all the Indian legends who sacrificed their lives for the sake of their country’s honour. The great freedom fighters, whose names resides inside the golden books of India.

Until freedom no matter what day what time and what condition was, these holy souls lived only with the objective to free their country from British rule. Born under the reign of slavery, their life was like a curse for themselves. They would not stay calm, never settle down, Rebellion was their food and Freedom was their Golden heaven.

One step perceived wrong by the Indian fellow citizens, broken their trust in them. To regain it back they put their life right in to the clutches of death itself. Sending message of their love for the country India. No matter if its raining or the chill of winter, inside their veins their blood boiled with the rage to take revenge from the colonial powers.

Thousands of books carry their names but no paper can ever hold the courage they displayed. Not brave, they were Fearless. More powerful than bravery itself. They looked straight into the eyes of death. To die for the nation was like a second Golden Birth.

No matter how many times we kneel down to their idols. We can never repay back the favour and the price they paid for ours freedom, our Country’s freedom.
